What the Maps Tell Us

Taken together, the six maps point to the same diagnosis:

The Writing Studio is step 4 of 11 in the content value chain.

ProActive has strong capability in production (Steps 4–6) and weak or missing capability in strategy (Steps 1–3), distribution (Step 7), measurement (Step 8), and learning (Steps 9–11). The Studio produces content; the surrounding system for making that content compound and convert is not yet built.

Map 6 (Cascade System Architecture) shows the infrastructure now added for Steps 8–11: fifteen artifacts spanning four levels, connected by five named feedback loops that return performance data to content decisions.

The five most critical gaps from the original audit, in priority order:

  1. CRM / stakeholder intelligence — partially addressed (Referral Network artifact added)
  2. Analytics — partially addressed (Performance Records + EQS tracking infrastructure added)
  3. Content CMS — no stable publication infrastructure on proactiveresolutions.com
  4. Audience Intelligence — addressed (6 audience persona files created)
  5. Repurposing Engine — partially addressed (Distribution Brief pre-production requirement established)

Gaps 3 and 5 (CMS, automated repurposing pipeline) remain for Phase 2 buildout (May–July 2026).
