ProActive Writing Studio¶
A shared workspace for reviewing ProActive's content strategy and publishing infrastructure.
Welcome. This site is for ProActive team members and collaborators who want to understand, review, and give feedback on how ProActive's writing and content work is organized.
You don't need to be technical to use this site. Every section is written in plain language, and the visual maps are interactive.
What Is the Writing Studio?¶
The Writing Studio is ProActive's system for producing high-quality written content — articles, thought leadership pieces, trade publications, and eventually academic work — consistently and efficiently.
It brings together:
- Richard's intellectual framework and voice — the ideas, arguments, and expertise that make ProActive's perspective distinctive
- AI assistance — for research, drafting, and refinement (always under Richard's direction and review)
- A structured production process — so every piece moves from idea to publication in a predictable, quality-controlled way
- A content strategy — so every piece serves a clear business purpose: building ProActive's reputation, reaching the right referral audiences, and compounding over time
The Studio is not just a collection of files. It is a system — with processes, patterns, and governance — designed to produce better work, faster, without sacrificing quality or Richard's intellectual ownership.

Current Status¶
We are in Q2 2026. Two pieces are in final production and awaiting Richard's review. The Studio's core infrastructure is built. The next milestone is the first published article.

How to Give Feedback¶
This site is designed to help you see what's been built and identify questions, concerns, or ideas. The most useful feedback tends to be:
- Does this make sense? Are the strategic choices clear and aligned with ProActive's direction?
- Does anything feel missing? Topics, audiences, or channels that should be here but aren't?
- Does anything feel off? Descriptions, framings, or priorities that don't match your understanding of ProActive?
